Avoid this place. Service is very poor, food really average and atmosphere average as well. I waited 15 min to get the change on my payment. No running water in restrooms. I am even wondering if there is running at all in this place including kitchen. I do not understand the 4.5 rating Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
