This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices at Ombu Grill are worth attention as they're fair. The food was good, but the service is consistently slow and disappointing every time we come here. You often have to flag down a server to get assistance, and when you ask for something, it can take 10–15 minutes before it arrives. The parchment paper on the grill wasn’t even replaced during our visit. Simple requests like water or sauce refills took so long that we thought they had forgotten about us. We even had to walk up to a staff member just to ask for the stove temperature to be adjusted. Unlike other KPot BBQ locations, the staff rarely checks on your table to make sure everything is okay. I was also disappointed with the $3 mochi dessert. You only receive one piece, and even the customer at the table next to us who ordered it was surprised that only a single mochi was included. The service definitely needs improvement it seems like they may be understaffed. My family used to come here regularly, but we stopped because the service was consistently slow and disappointing. I can understand having an off day now and then, but unfortunately it’s been the same experience every time we’ve visited. It’s really disappointing because the food is good, but the level of service just doesn’t match the quality of the food. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Love this place!!!!! Top of the line service!!! Fast, efficient, and friendly. Vicky!!!! Omg too many great things to say about her but I’ll keep it brief. I’m not kidding when I say she brings the vibes and has such great humor. She really goes out of her way to make every visit fun and exciting! Thanks ombu fam for always being so great!!!! My friends and I had a party here! There were always plenty of options! The waitress were very friendly and always came to check if everything was okay.
