Stopped here for a rest break during a long road trip, hoping to stretch our legs and use the facilities — big mistake. The bathroom floor was completely flooded due to a heavily leaking urinal that was clearly out of order but had no sign or warning anywhere. Water was everywhere, making the entire restroom impossible to use. Worst was you had to pay before knowing you can’t use it. I haven’t had such bad experience in a long time.

The servers know English, but basically don't speak it, and are rude to customers.
