My wife and I, along with our 5 month old baby, had a magical 2 night stay here at this lovely hotel. The food is so delicious, the onsen spa is amazingly tranquil and unique, and the design of every space (the rooms, the common areas) is beautiful, and so thoughtfully done. Most memorably of all is the amazing team of people here, who made us feel so cared for throughout our stay. They treated our baby with such warmthseveral times during our stay, our baby would be smiling and laughing in conversation with the team at Ond. Teru and others were so thoughtful in making extra efforts to enable us to dine for dinner; so glad we met you and we will miss you. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we loved it. Service: 5

The Annex is simply uninhabitable. The bathroom is a cheap, prefabricated plastic unit installed inside the room, and as soon as I checked in and opened the door, a foul sewage stench was overwhelming. Since the smell didn't dissipate over time, it's clearly a chronic drainage issue. It was so severe that my friend kept mentioning it as well. The space is so cramped that there isn't even a single hook or hanger inside the bathroom to hang your clothes. It feels like a poorly made, makeshift public shower stall. Service: 3

Overall, it's good. As soon as I go to the hotel, the staff will come out to greet me and ask me to check in at the sofa. There are towels to wash my hands and tea. The female staff is kind and polite, with a smile. They are more stable and talk to us, which is very polite. The hot spring is open-air, and the air is very good. The room has a few The applause outside was not very good. At the beginning, there was a little trouble. I didn't realise it when I fell asleep. In the end, we were not satisfied with the fact that there was a sign in the dining room area that said that I could come back to rest until nine o'clock (no English, it was all estimated). It didn't say that we could not eat. We bought snacks and went back to eat. A male employee had a bad attitude. Without a smile, he kept speaking Japanese to us foreigners. Finally, we said that we couldn't understand Japanese, so we used the translator to make an exception to give us food here. We would only stay for one night and didn't plan to come back.
