This is actually the first time I have ever left a Google review, but this experience truly deserves it. Out of all the Michelin-starred restaurants in Nice, Onice is by far the best. Every dish was exceptional, with a special mention for the lamb and apricot course, which was simply unforgettable. The food was outstanding from start to finish, but what impressed me even more were the wine pairings. They were the finest food and wine pairings I have ever experienced. A special thank you to Yohan, the director, and Paolina, his assistant. Their service was absolutely remarkable—always present when needed, yet so discreet that you barely noticed them. It was a perfect balance of professionalism, attention, and elegance. My friend follows a vegetarian diet, and every detail of his menu was respected flawlessly. What made the evening even more memorable was the surprise birthday cake they brought at the end of the meal without us requesting anything. They had simply noticed me wishing him a happy birthday when we arrived and quietly took care of the rest. Without any doubt, this was the best service I have experienced in France, and I have dined in many outstanding restaurants over the years. Onice delivered not only an extraordinary culinary experience but also genuine hospitality at the highest level. A truly unforgettable evening. Five stars are not enough.
