Is this why South Korea is officially becoming the bakery capital of the world? This is my third year in a row visiting South Korea, and I’m constantly blown away by how lavish and aesthetic every bakery is. We stopped by a spot in one of the busiest areas, and honestly, every single item looked out of this world. Since I could only manage to eat one pastry, I went with their filled cream puff and it was unreal. The light custard filling paired with that crunchy, egg-waffle shell is absolute perfection. Bread shop located inside Lotte Department Store. There is a wide range of pastries and bread to choose from, so there is something for everyone. They also have signs highlighting some of their top sellers, which is really helpful if you are not sure what to try or buy. Makes choosing a little easier, especially when there are so many options. Overall, a nice place to pick up some bread and pastries while shopping at Lotte. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We picked up a couple of cakes from OPS as we were staying across the road at a hotel in Myeongdong and I was really craving strawberry cream cake. The desserts we picked were delicious, though for the price I'm not sure it was worthwhile. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₩10,000–20,000
