I visited Optp in Gujrat with high hopes I mean it was busy and all but you call it fast food when you give 2 burgers and a fries in 50 minutes. The fries were extremely stale and salty I mean I could them better locally. The burger was also extremely dry and salty. It also tasted like really spicy garlic bread. I am really dissapointed Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

the experience was shit the food was salty as hell and had way too much hot sauce on it granted i choose the spicy option but it was way spicer than normal the fries were not crispy and had way too much salt the customer service was shit they told me a 20 min wait for 2 burgers but they actually took 40 mins and when i asked them why it was taking that long they kept dismissing me with just nods not even clarifying just bcuz i was a teenager and not a adult the store is crowded and have terrible ac it was hoter in the store than outside absolutely ruined my image of optp would not recomend ps:the food was cold and the burger tasted like salty spicy garlic bread for some odd reason.
