We tried Ortus for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had plenty of options and every dish was on point. I wish they had options for dinner as well. As for the soufflé, it was the highlight of our stay in Vlora! Price per person: ALL 2,000–2,500 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

the breakfast we had here was very tasty, warm and the pancakes were very soft. It is worth mentioning that the staff was very polite and kind. The waiter was very positive and friendly. I highly recommend this place with a spectacular view Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
