とても残念な体験でしたね。特に暑い夏の日に、子どもと一緒にアイスクリームを楽しむはずの時間が、こんな形で台無しになるのは残念です。公園内のファストフード店なら、本来はもっと温かく親しみやすい雰囲気であるべきなのに、まるで責められているかのような対応をされるのは納得できません。 神戸は観光都市として、美しいだけでなく、通常はサービス業の対応も丁寧な印象があります。今回のような対応は少し意外ですね。最終的に、他の場所でより良いアイスクリーム店を見つけられましたか？ It sounds like a very disappointing experience. Especially on a hot summer day, when enjoying ice cream with your child should have been a pleasant moment, it’s frustrating to have it ruined in such a way. A fast-food restaurant in a park should be a warm and welcoming place, not one where customers feel criticized or unwelcome. Kobe is a beautiful tourist city, and usually, the service industry there is known for being polite and hospitable. So, encountering such poor service is quite surprising.
