10/10. As a true tiramisu lover, I can honestly say Otto has nailed it! Bahrain has very few places that make an authentic tiramisu, and this was one of the best I’ve had. It was the perfect treat after a long day at work and truly made my day. Delicious tiramisu, lovely atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly and sweet. Highly recommend! It’s been a little while since I visited Otto Italian Restaurant, but the memories of that experience have stayed with me. From the moment I stepped inside, the ambiance immediately set the tone. Warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant, creating a space that felt both refined and comfortable. The service was impeccable; attentive without being overbearing, the staff managed to strike that perfect balance that makes guests feel genuinely cared for. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious, true to the spirit of authentic Italian cuisine with attention to detail in both flavors and presentation. Still, what stood out most vividly for me was the gelato — truly to die for. Creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor, it was the perfect finale to an already outstanding meal. All in all, Otto Italian Restaurant left a lasting impression. Even though it’s been some time since my visit, I remember it well as a place where everything — ambiance, service, and food — came together seamlessly. Highly recommended!!!! 5 stars!!!!
