以前から気になっていたアスタくにづかのOTTOに初来店。日曜日の17:00前に来店したら先客は１組でした。入店時に「明石焼きしかできませんよ」と告げられましたが、今日は明石焼きで一杯と思っていたのでそれでいいと入店。17:00にはお店を閉めてしまうみたいです。 生ビールを飲みながら調理風景を観察。一人前10個なのにたこやき焼き器で20個分焼き始めたので興味深く見ていたら、２個分を合わせて１個に仕上げていました。明石焼きってこんな風に焼くんだと感心しました。 明石焼きはフワフワで大変美味しかったです。ソースを付けた後、お出汁に浸して最後まで美味しくいただきました。 次回はランチタイムに来店してみたいと思います。 【お勧めポイント】 ・明石焼きはフワフワで大変美味しい ・明石焼きと生ビールで千円以下のコスパ最強 Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
