A small Wine Bar with a great Tapas selection and plenty vegan options. Portions are quite generous, with very balanced if not outstanding flavours. Staff is also very friendly and as there are a few seats around the Bar, there is also the chance for a table as a walk-ins. Had to come back to Porto for Ottto alone! It did not disappoint... Amazing quirky food, awesome atmosphere and extremely friendly staff members... It has become my Go To Place in Porto! I definitely will be back... 5 stars don't do justice... Would gladly give 1 million stars if only I could... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €25–30
