See John Hancock Tower by default, the guests' piece of advice is to come to this bar as well. Do not leave without eating good wood fired pizzas, mushrooms and ribs. OAK Long Bar + Kitchen may please you with tasty Boston cream pie, blueberry pancakes and waffles. It's time to degustate delicious craft beer, chardonnay or bourbon. Great tea, espresso or juice are worth trying here.

This is a nice bar inside and we’ve been going for years. It is typically overcrowded and difficult to get service. The food and drinks are good, but on the pricey side. This is expected though given its inside a Fairmount hotel. Some of the staff is good, but generally not very friendly. During a recent visit we experienced tip theft (bartender charged more than 100% tip to our credit card), which we had to dispute. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Good time meeting new people in Boston. The food was the best part of this experience. They even had my favorite Sam Adams beers (2) at the same time! The server wasn't the most attentive, but did make good recommendations for food. The food is good! I would definitely come back and try more ceviches. The atmosphere was ok, nothing to praise or complain about. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We decided to have breakfast at OAK Long Bar + Kitchen in Fairmont Hotel. The first thing that caught our attention was the beautiful space with its high ceilings, creating a nice ambiance. However, our excitement quickly turned into disappointment. When we started ordering, we were taken aback to find out that they were running out of most things on the menu. It was quite frustrating, to be honest. They didn't have spinach, which was a bummer because we were really looking forward to having it with our eggs. And get this, the espresso machine had been broken for the entire week! We couldn't even enjoy a cup of coffee with our breakfast. So, we ended up having to venture out to a nearby Starbucks just to get our caffeine fix. We decided to order a side of toast, thinking it would be a safe bet. Little did we know that they were also running out of whole wheat and white toast. The only options available were sourdough or rye bread. We opted for the sourdough, but when our food arrived, Instead of a proper slice of sourdough, they brought us the 3 tiny pieces of sourdough crust and rye bread. Talk about a mix-up! And to make matters even more frustrating, the server dropped a piece of sourdough on the floor while serving our breakfast. They didn't even apologize or offer a replacement! Honestly, we wish they had been more upfront about the limited options from the start. It would have saved us the disappointment and allowed us to make a different choice. This kind of experience is definitely not what we expected from a restaurant located in Fairmont Hotel. We were hoping for a memorable and enjoyable breakfast, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst experience we've had in a while.
