Our kite teacher strongly suggested to go to this place for dinner. We expected a lot, but not this much. It was an experience you only get once in a blue moon if you're lucky. In an elegant but cozy agriturismo setting (who's lighting and materiality would please any architecture lover's heart) we were served buttery soft pecorino creme with crispy pane carasau, artichokes in oil, melting in the mouth, grilled cheese on a thin crunchy bed with crust on top, fragrantly dripping mutton skewers, slow cooked liver frikasse, tender as it can be, all of them dripping of freshness. Ricotta ravioli with surprisingly fresh addition of mint leaves was served as a primo. We basically licked the tomato sauce from the plates and were shocked to see our neighbors not doing the same. My apulian (read: who knows what good quality food is) boyfriend noted that its sorbet-like texture could have obviously only been made by hand. I don't doubt it was true. Shortly after a server appeared to ask if we wanted another batch. Even though we knew we were far from the end of eating, there was no way we would say no. What actually caught us when we read the pre-determined menu for that day was the mention of "porceddu", sardinian grilled piglet. After the pasta we were impatiently fidgeting on our chairs, as the smell of it was already think in the air. Then, the swing door of the kitchen opened and the long awaited dish stood in front of us - steaming and caramel-colored. The taste exploded in our mouth. We have never eaten pork so soft and juicy and skin so crispy. My boyfriend had to take a "stress smoke break" to process the experience. I was still nibbling off the last atoms from the bones like my ancestors did after a long period famine. It amused the servers so much they immediately offered seconds. I thought I heard wrong. Is this a bad Italian joke? No, no, how could you joke about food this good! I wrote my boyfriend an emergency message and he came back running at the same moment the new plate was put on the table. When asked how we liked it, my boyfriend exclaimed: "Magico, veramente magico!". I agreed. The desert - delicately sweet, cheesy, ravioli-like - put the cherry on top. We ended with a beautifully balanced Mirto, complex but gentle, as a digestif that was made from 10 different herbs grown at the oasis. I have never written a review for a restaurant but this places merits all admiration. The people working there obviously love what they do. I would like to encourage everybody to take a trip to the rather unknown part of Sardegna just to have a taste.

Been there with my father to celebrate a birthday. The place has been suggested to us by an acquaitance, and I'm grateful he did - everything was excellent. Even my father (very grumpy and hard to please) was extremely satisfied with the lunch! This is very rare. We especially loved their homemade cream cheese, one of the best I've ever tasted. And the rest was also excellent. A special mention to the roasted piglet: perfect. Perfect cooking, perfect size, perfect juiciness. Due to how it's cooked, it's very rare to find a good one in restaurants - they're always subpar and mostly "just for the tourists", but this one was done with great care. Loved the lunch and we will surely come back. Service: 5

We were only here for dinner one evening. First of all - that was the highlight of the vacation. Perfect service, perfect food, perfect drinks, perfect atmosphere and a perfect price. The menu offered was very well coordinated, the portions were completely sufficient and we were also completely impressed by the service. We really liked the atmosphere and the location. Again any time. --> Addendum: This year we also spent five nights in a room at Oasi Blu. Check-in went smoothly and we were even able to choose a room that we liked better. For breakfast every morning there was a nice selection of local products, not too much to overwhelm you, but not too little either. Very good! In addition, we were the only guests who had booked breakfast and therefore had complete peace and quiet and "private breakfast service". Unfortunately, it was Vendemmia at the time of our stay, which is why we were only able to enjoy the excellent dinner on one evening. Fantastic! Absolutely delicious menu, just like last year. We also really liked the remote location of the complex. A quiet atmosphere that can be enjoyed perfectly, especially on the terrace. I can only absolutely recommend the Oasi Blu. Grazie Marianna and Antonello, they are always happy! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
