I had 2-1/2 hours to wait until my train's scheduled departure, so I decided to have a relaxing wait at Oasis Juice on the upper level inside the Rabat Agdal train station. It's on the very top level above the boarding gates. picked up a menu at the counter and sat down on a comfortable cushioned seat. Within two minutes a young woman walked over to my table and I told her that I wanted a Vanilla Milkshake with ice-cream. I had originally wanted a Salade Nicoise because it had anchovies, which I love, but I was a bit hesitant to chew since I just had dental work done in Rabat and I didn't want to have any problems with my teeth immediately after having work done on them. A few minutes after placing the order a polite young man brought my milkshake with a straw. I paid him in cash and received change without waiting. I noticed, however, that there were a few squirts of chocolate. When I tasted it, my drink was cool, refreshing and delicious and it tasted like vanilla. Oasis Juice has a good variety of salads, pizzas, hamburgers with French Fries and a good selection of drinks. There are numerous booths with comfortable cushioned seats. It is a pleasant place to eat and the prices are reasonable. I will certainly try Oasis Juice on my next trip to Rabat in one week. Credit and debit cards are accepted.
