placed to go order with no sauce and they put sauce on it anyway then when I pointed out, staff got an attitude with me. my next dis-appointment came when I realized I had only received two small pieces of chicken. also, why do I need seven staples in my to go bag were they trying to hide the fact that they got my order wrong? I had to rip into it like a caveman to get it open and check the order. Side salad was basically half empty... in my opinion what this should say on the menu is that it is a meal for children not a good value for the money Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Highly recommend! Just go! The atmosphere is so calming and mellow, which helps greatly with 4 kids in tow. The service was wonderful, everyone was warm and inviting! The food was wonderful and even my picky child (who ate Chick-fil-a prior to arrival) ate a bit of everyone's and really enjoyed the miso soup and ice cream. We’ve been here 3 times now, and Obento has quickly become one of our favorite places. The food is always really good, and almost everything we’ve tried has tasted great. Our favorite is the bento box with unagi and teriyaki chicken — so good and definitely something we keep coming back for. The service has also been really good every time. Everyone is friendly, nice, and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!
