This was my first time at this location, but not at the franchise overall. Parking was a little bit of a pain in the butt. Overall the store was clean, though some section look a little rundown. The music was incredibly loud in there, and it was hard to have a conversation with anyone in my group. I got two scoops of lemon sorbet on a waffle cup. It was not great. The person who took my order was nice and courteous. After that they forgot about me, and to be reminded about my order. People who ordered after I did got their stuff before I did.

Amazing food and drinks though a bit too expensive. Employees are hit or miss on being nice, but they usually make the food look good. Peanut butter chocolate dipped waffle bowls
