Completely stiffened me on the syrup it was just ice and a little cream. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $1–10

Response from the owner 5 months ago

Hi Connor, we are sorry to hear you didn't have enough syrup in your order. We went ahead and refunded your card and would love the chance to make it better next time. Please feel free to ask for extra syrup or come back to the window and and the staff will correct it before you leave! Again, sorry your order today wasn't satisfactory.

Ocean Ice catered for our corporate summer party and they were amazing to work with. The price model offers discounts the more items you end up ordering and we were able to advertise "unlimited snow scones" to our employees & families, which was a huge hit. Super friendly team; they moved through the line so fast and even helped identify a lost child. Highly recommend them for a party, big or small. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you so much for the review, Haley! We appreciate you having us as part of your summer party and hope to work with you again in the future!
