Probably some of the most expensive sushi in Reno and Sparks, and unfortunately, the quality does not justify the price. The appetizer selection is not very impressive, and some of the mussels we received tasted like they were close to being rancid, which was extremely concerning. The sushi selection was also disappointing. None of the rolls really impressed us. What really bothered me was the change in ingredients. They used to use real snow crab meat in some of their rolls, but now they have switched to imitation crab while keeping the prices the same. The menu still lists the original ingredient, but they are not honoring it. To me, that feels extremely misleading and unacceptable. The sushi also had way too much rice compared to the other ingredients, and the slices were cut unusually large. It almost felt like they were trying to fill you up with rice rather than provide a good balance of ingredients. Overall, with the quality and changes they've made while maintaining the same high prices, this place is officially off our list. For what they charge, there are much better sushi options in the Reno/Sparks area. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to have dinner with a few friends and decided on Oceano. Got seated pretty quickly and it was a Friday evening so that was surprising. It was busy and loud but can still have a conversation with people around. I had the all you can eat sushi. Now it is a little more pricey than other sushi restaurants around. Their sushi menu is vast so that’s a plus. Not all sushi is all you can eat, some of you will have to pay extra for. The menu does specify which ones are. Service was good and our waitress was always checking in on us. For desert I got some gelato and they do give quite a bit…I was happy about that. I would come here again.
