-0 you lost coustomers for all o'charley stores. I live in Texas and when we go east, we try to stop at an O'Charleys along the way. Not after stopping in Biloxi. Got a take out order....back at the room no fries......waited at restaurant when we ordered...20 minutes later we were informed they were out of the steaks we ordered.....20 minutes to discover you are out of something? oh, when we got back to the hotel quess what???? the steaks we did get were not cooked a s ordered. went back the next a.m. manager said he was sorry......said he would sent vouchers to appease us.... two weeks and no vouchers hmmmmm
