Restaurants in Otaru that cater to tourists are delicious but expensive, so I searched for a restaurant that locals frequent and found Ochawan. I ordered a sashimi set meal for 890 yen, which is a menu that even men can satisfy for less than 1,000 yen. For the two small dishes, I chose a mini hamburger and a potato salad. The tuna sashimi was amazing, and I've been looking at a lot of handmade side dishes, so next time I'd like to enjoy it with alcohol at night.
