First experience of a Michelin-starred restaurant and taste buds in celebration with every bite. It was fresh, it was delicious, it was surprising. A real mix of flavors and textures (mousses and emulsions which hide more melting or tart textures underneath), real creativity and modernity in all the dishes offered. Everything was delicious, fine and refined. When reading the dish you expect something and something completely different happens. Lots of reworked ingredients to surprise us and make us melt. I came there to celebrate a surprise birthday, the person concerned was delighted, we will come back! The only downside is that the titles of the dishes are quite long (and sometimes recited a little quickly) so they are not always easy to remember. Vegetarian options: We chose a lunch option. A vegetarian choice at each possible stage, some other dishes are available as vegetarian.
