Fantastic food and service at OddPals Ice Rink. The staff were incredibly helpful, advising on the variety of meals in the menu to help my indecision. I chose the Cajun chicken tenders, they were delicious and worth trying, you won’t be disappointed Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I attended a recent Telford Tigers game, (Sunday 1st) as I have done for many years, and I was genuinely shocked by the behaviour of a member of Oddpals staff. I have never witnessed a staff member speak to colleagues in such an appalling and unprofessional manner. The older woman wearing a leopard print dress — which was, in my view, inappropriate for a family environment, especially with minors present — was openly rude, belittling, and dismissive towards the young ladies working there on the till and serving drinks. (One in uniform and one not) This wasn’t an isolated incident either. Over the past few weeks, I have also overheard her making comments that were completely inappropriate in a workplace setting. I’m honestly surprised this hasn’t driven other staff members to leave, given the atmosphere it creates. I’ve always enjoyed attending these games, but since Oddpals took over there has been a terrible atmosphere during hockey nights which is a shame as it was never ever an issue before. I would strongly suggest that this particular staff member receives proper customer service training, along with being provided with suitable work attire that reflects a professional, family‑friendly environment. At the very least, these steps should be a priority to address what appears to be ongoing unacceptable behaviour. Good morning, we take our staff wellbeing very seriously, customer service is also a top priority for us. Please could you email us at oddpals@outlook.com with a rough time of the incident (1st) annd what was said, we will investigate the incident and act accordingly. Im always working hockey nights in the kitchen and I can assure you if I had ever heard anything I would have addressed the issue. Please come ask for Matt any night you’re at the hockey and we can also discuss this in person
