The food has gone very bad in Odessa on Chistye Prudy! The big Odessa sandwich was a total disappointment. No filling and bread combination! The beauty of this sandwich was the combination of dark bread, cream cheese and fresh popidora with onions and spices, and now ciabatta, which after 5 minutes turns into porridge and cheese - only at the edges, like in bruschetta! Odessa-mama has given up a lot: the dishes and tables are dirty, the actual dishes have become even smaller and do not correspond to the quality and appearance stated in the menu (fish is frozen and dry, goat cheese is the cheapest cow feta, etc.), there is insufficient lighting in the toilets, The hostess brings cigarettes to drunken guests in a non-smoking room, and the waiter does not immediately and reluctantly change the hot frying pan to a plate (I understand that the idea of serving in a frying pan, but they warn about this in advance... this is not suitable for everyone, especially when the hand works with restrictions ). On the plus side, the steps have been removed and now it is easier for people who have mobility restrictions - rheumatism, partial paralysis, etc. - to enter. But everything else inside may not please them. It's a pity. Previously, we went for the atmosphere and food, vaguely reminiscent of Odessa, but tasty.
