Exceptionally friendly and helpful sales agent. During rather difficult times, when roads in both directions out of the valley were closed due to floods, she accommodated all of us, worked tirelessly as long as there was power and even offered cookies to comfort kids once power was cut. Besides, great coffee and excellent sandwiches and pastries.
