The actual fish was good. I wish I would have just gotten sashimi. Calamari was served with plain katsup. The rolls had mushy rice and soooooooo much imitation crab. Not enough avocado, no cucumber. We are on vacation for my birthday and decided to give off the hook sushi a try. They are freaking incredible! My spouse and I are vegan and a lot of places don’t off vegan sushi. Off the hook does though and it was awesome! Their rice is spectacular! Their vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly! I think they are family owned and operated. The lady who helped us was so kind and understanding about our dietary restrictions and was happy to help us make great choices! I am so happy we took a chance on this place! I highly recommend it! (Also their ceiling is super cool! That’s not really relevant to the food… it was just neat! )
