Dropped into Offshoot Coffee while passing through Hibernian Place and was genuinely impressed. The coffee was smooth and perfectly balanced — you can tell they take their brewing seriously. The space is clean and modern, with a calm vibe that made it ideal for a quick break. Baristas were friendly and knew their stuff, happy to recommend a blend based on what I usually drink.
