I had booked a cake for my birthday on 12/25/2021 on 20/12/2021, so for today CHRISTMAS, around 12.00 I go to the bar and find it closed, I phone and they tell me they have had family problems with the consequence of being closed for several days already. I had left my telephone number, they didn't bother to notify me with the consequence of ruining my birthday and making me look bad with my guests. I couldn't buy another cake due to the late hour. It's a shame since I've always been happy with them and they produce good products. But after this terrible experience, never go to Ohana Cafė again. I reply to his reply, which states with certainty that I did not leave my telephone number. Let's go and document better because that morning there was a boy who took a pen and paper and wrote everything about how I wanted the cake including the years I had to complete including my cell phone and I added for any eventuality contact me.
