My only complaint is crab stick in the sashimi deluxe...crab stick is NOT sashimi. The staff is amazing and friendly. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

For the first time since 2019 I was able to eat inside at Oishi but due to lack of staffing wait times are longer than expected and they currently do not have the Hibachi show due to said staff shortage. Now you wonder why I still give a 3 Star review? It's because the food still continues to be very good. I came in with my sister she got the Chicken and Shrimp Hibachi while I got the Steak and Shrimp, the Shrimp was perfect and they cooked my steak to medium rare as I like my sisters Chicken was a bit dry for her liking and the slice she gave me I had to agree. Now I do believe within the next few weeks and months the staff shortages will pass but as for now expect a long wait for great food.
