Ojo de Agua: "A place that, in addition to offering people food of the highest quality enriched with the most fundamental nutrients, allows people to disconnect for a moment and reconnect with the things that we believe are the most important". ^ love this portion of their history on their website and their locations reflect this. Ordered: - Molletes: baguette with beans, oaxaca, manchego and ricotta cheese, turkey chorizo and pico de gallo It was good, but the turkey chorizo took away from the overall taste of the traditional molletes. I'd probably order it without that next time. - Ahogados Poché: Black beans with two poached eggs accompanied by their red/green sauce and shredded panela cheese on top. So many great items to try here, but this was a good start!
