Oka is pretty near Marishiten Tokudaiji Temple. Great coffee is worth a try here. Most reviewers note that the staff is efficient here. According to the guests, the main problem of this cafe is the fast service. When you enter this place, you feel the pleasant atmosphere. But Oka hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

Oka was established in the same year as the Tokyo Olympics in 1964 and as far as I am aware of, they haven't changed the menu or interior since then. This cafe is located very close to Okachimachi Station, in the bulding's basement, so after taking the stairs down, you are up for a real time-slip experience here! I used to come here a lot during my long-term stay in Tokyo and in my opinion, the signature dish is the delicious Napolitan Pasta! Make sure to leave some space for the parfait ice creme (on the picture, it is the pineapple one)! Prices for lunch and coffee are very reasonable and you get some authentic Yoshoku dishes (western-style Japanese dishes).
