Casual Japanese diner with an extensive menu offering yakitori appetizers, many udon dishes, and bento boxes. I'd recommend the beef tongue, curry udon, and sukiyaki udon and mentai udon. Service was okay and the ambiance was nice, intimate. Bathrooms are super clean, and they have a heated toilet seat/bidet!!

The food was so good here! Authentic Japanese dining! Service was a bit slow but that's because we went during dinner rush. I only put one less star because the service was a bit slow and the parking lot is so tiny, we had to park on the street and walk to the restaurant. Overall I really loved the food though and the dinner deals!

I appreciate the original Okan, and Okan Diner was enjoyable as well. Unfortunately, due to the current economic situation, the food and service quality has declined as they are facing challenges in hiring. It used to be a fantastic spot with a diverse range of Japanese cuisine. I hope to revisit and provide another review in a few months, anticipating a return to the Okan I know and love
