The bathroom didn't have soap, I asked them for some soap and they told me a brief "we don't have any" without even offering dish soap. Because it was the only sentence they said, I thought they weren't even understanding me. Zero kindness, zero resolution, zero apologies. It is the first time that I ask not to pay the service fee in Brazil. The waitress responded by throwing the letter. The espresso was between ok and mediocre, the coado was worse, the vegetarian toast was fine. The counter was empty, none of the sweets in the photos I see here. even though it is Sunday. Hello Samuel, how are you? We are very sorry about what happened, unfortunately we didn't see that the soap was running out. But the way you communicated with my employees was not cordial, which ended up creating a miscommunication.

I discovered this cafe a while ago, when I was in Rio. It was a great experience, in a beautiful, pleasant and calm environment. There are good vegan options. I ordered the vegan breakfast combo for one person, including a cappuccino, slices of bread, vegetable pesto and cream cheese, kiss bread and fruit salad. Everything was very tasty. The price is a little high, but it was worth it. Service ok.
