Best meal in my 2 week holiday in NZ went 2 nights in a row. Prawn entree had 8 good size prawns with amazing dressing and main was 2 nice fish fillets cooked to perfection. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a wonderful late dinner at Okareka Restaurant, located within the Sudima Lake Rotorua hotel. Despite arriving close to closing time, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome. The food was exceptional. The twice-cooked pork belly had tender meat and flavor was very good. The manuka smoked braised beef cheek was equally impressive, falling apart effortlessly. A big thank you to the Okareka team for their excellent service and delicious food. We highly recommend this restaurant! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
