it’s quite confusing really because I’ve given this coffee shop multiple chances and every time my friends and I or just me by myself seem to come in it feels like a massive inconvenience for the staff in there you’re never greeted you’ll never smiled at the reception is quite cold, I always make an effort to ask service staff how they are and be engaging with their service to make people feel human because I know myself it can be quite robotic at times but even then this is never ever returned. I brushed this off a couple times, people are allowed to have bad days, customer service can be tiring but the coldness and hostility stays the same every time I go in. The exterior and the vibe of the cafe and their IG would give you a totally different vibe than the one you experience. Nevertheless the coffee is good. The matcha could be better, some syrups don’t mix well with the iced matcha and sometimes there are bubbles of unmixed matcha that fall into your mouth. My friends and I feel the same about this place, staff just make us feel like an inconvenience, feels like there’s no real care very similar to the video below. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNRGTGauX/ Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Agreed with leyla’s comment. I have experienced the same quite a lot too. I really wanted to support the local business as i used to go there quite a lot. The coffee and matcha is quite good fir taste however, with staff they always look so bothered to have and welcome other people there. Theres never a hi or hello when you enter and when youre trying to just say hello hi you get ignored. So wouldnt be returning and wouldnot recommend to my friends either who used to come there a lot too Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
