What I ordered was a salmon-related rice bowl. It had both raw and grilled salmon, and personally, I liked the subtle smoky flavor of the grilled salmon. Unfortunately, the scallops were more for decoration . The mentaiko was a bit too strong in its fishy taste, but overall, compared to other salmon rice bowls, it had a mild fishy taste and the ingredients felt fresh.
