Cute small bar up a narrow set of stairs with good sound system and a warm owner. Many types of drinks available from highballs to shots to cocktails, and food like nachos and pasta also on the menu. Even just the salted pretzels that came with the drinks are good. Decoration is nostalgic, lots of vintage artsy items. The owner speaks English and had a nice conversation with us.
