Our hotel is right up the block from Yanagikoji Street, a charming & historic alley/street with lots of little taverns. We dropped in at Yakitori Okoshi for a snack & sake. The food was good but the service was HORRIBLE. They made zero attempt to make us feel welcome or to help us with the menu. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
