We travel through Omaha on the way to other places from Iowa and Okra African Grill is our go to for lunch or dinner if we stop. It's delicious and fairly customizable. The fried okra is, of course, excellent. Don't miss the plantain. Actually, I have loved everything I've ever ordered here except the beignets. We also like the bite of the ginger lemonade and the fruitiness of the hibiscus lemonade. Service is always excellent, sometimes a little slow when only one person is working but that's to be expected when we often come outside normal meal hours and there's a person or two ahead of us. As a fast casual place, it's always soooo much faster than a traditional restaurant.
