Just stayed in Rothwell for one night for an event. We decided to try The Bakehouse Bistro for brunch and we are so glad we did! We ordered a breakfast muffin with poached egg, smoked salmon, avocado with hollindaise. I didn’t want it to end. It was absolutely perfect! We also had the truffle scrambled egg on sourdough toast which was delicious. Would highly recommend this place, lovely vibe, friendly attentive staff. It’s a good job we don’t live here, because I’d have to try everything on the menu. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection

Had the most wonderful experience this morning at the bakehouse bistro. From the moment we pulled up (early i must add) they welcomed us with open arms. Just we needed after a horrible night at the hospital. The food is amazing and the fresh produce speaks for it's self. Please even if you are just passing give this place a go I promise you won't regret it. Ill give the niki props she cooks mean fried egg Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Popped in for breakfast this morning and what a great decision that was. Really welcoming atmosphere with some gorgeous artwork dotted around that makes it feel unique and charming. The food was absolutely spot on. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted incredible — you can tell real care goes into the cooking here. The staff were brilliant from the moment we walked in; friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
