I am new to knoxville, and Old City Java has been a place of great comfort amongst the unfamiliar. As I have been getting settled into the city, Old City has always been a place where I can sit, relax, and enjoy a good ole cup of Joe. i would describe old city java as a lifelong friend you just met. Its very warm, relaxing, and fun. Am I in love with this friend? We aren't sure, and I cannot let these thoughts back in, as I have a wife and kids back home. I always enjoy time with this friend. They are kind, they are thoughtful, and they seem to know me. I really have a hard time knowing if this is truly platonic, or if there is something more. i am scared to ask, as I don't want "us" to end. maybe i'll get over this one day. maybe this will be my biggest regret in life. All I plan to do is stay here, and enjoy every moment that I can. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I loved my croissant with cortado! It’s was nice and quick service. If I had to change anything it would only be the seating arrangement. It’s bit cramped if you plan to sit in with the limited space but no issue if you take to go Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
