Nice menu and a complementary iced dessert. The meatballs, chicken, Spagetti, and bread were all delicious. Especially the bread. Service is excellent as is the fun atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant was great and we loved the meatballs. Our server and hostess was beyond hospitable and I’d love to bring my family backbut the manager was walking around micro managing the servers and especially the hostess. She was extremely polite and amazing to deal with. After we started waiting for a table he came over and belittled her for doing her job acting like she didn’t check us in the right way. It was extremely off putting and as a dad I would’ve been heavily indifferent if it was my daughter he was talking to. She did absolutely nothing wrong and he was trying to make her feel like she wasn’t doing her job right. He belittled delivery drivers while we waited for a table too. Far from professional for how the rest of the staff conducted themselves. Sad that even at the old spaghetti factory you can’t get away from toxic management especially for the menu price. Maybe someone should teach him that we can hear him being an absolutely repulsive person when we’re literally 6ft from him. Had to explain to my kids how some managers are just bad people in the same place we spent $100+ on our tab. If you have any respect for the people serving your meal I would recommend eating somewhere else.
