What an unjust and unfair act from the old swan, tried to use the toilet to which they said no because I wasn’t 18. I stated that the staff have seen me regularly use this toilet when I’m here so why is it different now ? To which the man was adamant he wasn’t going to let me go tot the toilet and blocked the door. The staff are very kind and great, but the odd one as always. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
