Reservation made in the afternoon, we arrive at 9pm and from there the odyssey begins. We stay until 10.10pm waiting to order until we decide to leave. In this period of time we have asked several times to order and the answer has always been the same: "Yes, 5 minutes and the colleague will arrive". At a certain point the "famous" colleague arrived, but before she could take the orders she was blocked by the manager telling her to take the order of another table who had arrived earlier first. Needless to say, the. Girl never came to take the order again, although I noticed that she took orders from more than one table after she went. A service beyond ridiculous and scandalous! I don't question the chain itself having eaten in other Old Wild West places, but after this experience I will certainly never go to this place again!
