This is the first review of my life, but I'm really angry/upset about what happened at lunch today. When ordering, I asked if it was possible to have a cesar salad with vegan breaded strips instead of chicken. I state that if I had been told no I would have taken something else without any problems, but I was told that there was absolutely no problem. Ten minutes pass and I get a classic cesar salad with chicken. I politely point it out and, admitting the mistake, the girl takes the plate away. Another 10 minutes pass and the new dish arrives, with the breaded vegan strips I had requested on the surface. I start to eat and... SURPRISE, the chicken from before resurfaces. Moral of the story? They couldn't care less about any intolerances, about simply respecting my choice or about all the possible reasons why I had requested the vegetable option and they just made fun of me (feeling very clever and also doing it badly), taking away a little ' of chicken and throwing four veg strips on top, instead of redoing the dish. You don't joke with food!!! Needless to say, I will never set foot in this place again, considering the terrible service and the very lack of seriousness of the staff, who never apologized either for the mistake of the order, much less for the rubbish done afterwards. Excellent food, the service can be improved, especially when there is so much confusion and the customer should be given the opportunity to choose where to sit, as happens in all other restaurants, however you can never sit on the veranda on the upper floor, making you sit piled down. But really not! However, I am sure that these are things that you will remedy. However, I highly recommend it.
