Unfortunately, my experience at Old Wild West was extremely disappointing. I ordered a hamburger which was served to me with burnt and practically inedible meat, so hard that it looked like a shoe sole. It is truly unacceptable that such a poor service is provided in a place like this. It almost seems like there is an incompetent person in the kitchen who doesn't know how to manage the cooking of meat. With the prices they charge, one would expect a certain level of quality and attention. You don't mess around with food, and above all the health of customers.
