Slightly underwhelming experience in this restaurant. The ambiance is very nice, with it's setting in the impressive Melia hotel with and enormous lobby for and stairway leading up to the restaurant. The staff were great, nothing wrong there, but some of the food items were a little disappointing, in particular the desserts. I had a stone cold creme brulee, very stiff texture, and to make it worse it had whipped cream on top! A Frenchman would have turned around in his grave hearing this I believe. The sea bass pasta was actually very good, and the set lunch menu is decently priced at 15 dollar for a three course lunch. The restaurant set up is great, with lots of space between the tables and very comforatble chairs. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I had a wonderful high tea experience at Olea. The ambience was calm, elegant, and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The presentation of the high tea set was beautiful, and every item—from the savory bites to the desserts—was well-balanced and delicious. The tea selection complemented the food perfectly and made the whole experience feel special. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Chit Myo Win and Oke were incredibly attentive, polite, and professional throughout our visit. They made us feel warmly welcomed and ensured everything was taken care of with genuine care and a friendly attitude. Overall, Olea offers not just great food, but also outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and memorable high tea experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
