Encouraged by the reviews, I suggested to some friends a pan of "olio" pizza enjoyed at home in front of a good film. It was embarrassing. The pizza was tough and difficult to cut even with meat knives; the stringy dough was solid, even though the pizza was still hot. Of course, no one finished their portion.
