Not sure why so many people had negative experiences here, I was there for lunch today and it was quite nice! I had the salmon poke bowl menu with seaweed salad and an elderflower lemonade. It was initially expensive (190 dkk) but it filled me up so it felt worth it to me. The food was quite tasty because it was covered in a flavourful sauce. They also had individual soy sauce packets to take for free with your order. The salmon was cut into small cubes, but not like minced meat. Still easy to eat. The pineapple was sweet, and the vegetables were fresh. The service was also quite quick. Maybe this depends on when you go. I think there were 4 people ahead of me and I got my food within 5 minutes of ordering (and finding a table). The guy who gave me my food was also very nice. The lemonade was more like juice because it was quite sweet. That would probably be the only thing I didn’t love. The seating area can get busy and loud, but if you don’t mind that, then it’s fine! I'm vegan + Medical Medium + gluten-free and mostly fat-free. My way of eating can be hard to maintain while traveling especially in airports where the choices are limited. But in the Copenhagen Airport CPH, I found this lovely poké bowl place "Olioli" You can't build your own salad. But you can choose if the base should be rice or red cabbage. And you can change 3 ingredients/components. This is how I build my fat-free plant-based / vegan Medical Medium bowl: Tofu bowl: tofu Base: red cabbage Pickled red onion: changed to raw broccoli Seaweed salad: changed with radishes Dressing: dressing, but 2 lemon slices Toped with sesame seeds (leave out if you are totally fat-free.) I added homemade pea potato patties, brought from home. the price was 105 DKR the bowl was very delicious Meal type: Lunch Price per person: kr 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Build Your Own Dietary restrictions: Vegan plant-based Medical Medium Gluten-free
