It is the best place near Waco Convention Center. Make a change from your customary meal and try nicely cooked brisket, bacon and filet américain at this cafe. My husband and I are in town for family and chose to eat dinner tonight at The Olive Branch after reading the reviews. We are SO glad we did! The food was delicious, portions were large, everything was freshly made with high quality ingredients. It was laid back and calm, not very crowded and we liked that as well. Although we are not from the area when we pass back through we will stop again! To the owner: Great job on never giving up through all of the challenges you've faced! Your restaurant is something special and I'm sure will continue to grow through your faith in God's provision, hard work and perseverance. To the cooks: We loved the Brussels, the brown butter chicken, mashed potatoes, squash, and the pesto chicken as well. You should be proud!
